How autonomous are you or have you been in your stated jobs? Do you have to manage yourself? How are you motivated? What are your KPIs?
I believe in team-work. The kind of projects I have worked in
have given me chance to collaborate with teams sitting a different geographies
throughout the world. I have to communicate with the client as part of my day
to day activity. Although in a process oriented system that I work for,
hierarchy is maintained and work is assigned accordingly I have manage my work
keeping in mind its effect on the work that others are doing. Also there are
certain intricate decisions to be taken care of during the preparation of an
assigned deliverable. Frequent meetings among different teams help the teams to
share ideas which in turn have effect on process of shaping a delivery. I work
hard to contribute to the society and enjoy my work while creating value. A
process well executed not only makes me feel worthwhile for the success but
also helps the team grow and has positive impact on the lives of each individual
who are part of the team.
