Does/ did your jobs require you to think for yourself, make original
contributions or find innovative solutions? Have you been required to be
creative in any way?
In my view innovation is a radical process that collaborates new
ideas, utilizes available resources and amalgamates them with new thinking to
produce commercially viable and differentiable solution to the customer. It is
more important in this economic up-and-downs and ever-changing business
environment. Innovation gives flexibility to the business model and ensures the
sustainability and success of it.
Innovation enhances effectiveness of physical capital enabling
reduction in cost and ensuring sustainability of the product and in this way it
becomes complementarity with the effort invested. By the utilization of
tradition thinking and methodology and resources available innovation ensures
magnified productivity of resources which shows the organization the way to
success. Apple has shown the world how innovation can redefine market space. On
the other hand during economic slowdown many companies have faced ground
because they could not be innovative enough to adapt to the situation.
With the advent of new technologies and drastically-changing
customer needs innovation has not only become a necessity but also a reality
for the retention of successful business. Innovation help the business to
discover the opportunities exist now, or are likely to emerge in the future
enabling the practitioner to anticipate future trends.

In the project that I'm part of I designed the
road-map to be followed by the entire project
o Elimination
of redundancy, rework and conflicts by imposing reverse-engineering approach.
o Design
of structure of the deliverables
o Presenting
the road-map to client.

Designed several tools to reduce manual effort
o Data
element search in Database which reduced the effort by 20-30%
o Structural
representation of raw data provided by client that turned out as great help
part for everyone’s day to day work.
