The Schulich School of Business is Canada’s Global Business
Schoo. Each applicant has a set of unique experiences and perspectives which
contribute to the program. How will your background enhance and broaden your
learning and that of your classmates in Schulich's diverse environment?

Right from secondary school I have been participating
actively in all the cultuarl events. I was the head of student body of my
secondary school for five years. I regularly took part in the inter school and
intra school debate, creative wrtting, lerning oriented events and
competitions. Because I wasn’t the best of the runners nor one of the the best
atheletes in the school I used be part of the of the organizing body during the
annual sports. In college also I was part of the organizing body for the
orgazition of regular social events and annual cultural events. My
participitation in these organing bodies included everything from raising funds to sponsorers to schedule and execute
the events on the very day. In the official website of Schulich I have seen a
lot of events getting organized in Schulich. I will be happy to take part in
the events as well as be a forefront organizer.
I love to communicate with people from different
diversities. In corporate world most of the candid exchanges happen in the team
building activities. If I get selected for Schulich I will surely play major
role in all these ativities. In
cognizant I have organized several team building events : team outing, team
dinner, entertainment sessions in the project and domain. I took care of all
the events end-to-end. The last yearly meet of Banking and Financial domain was
organized entirely by me. I will surely follow the same in Schulich.
During my master’s degree I formed a band and participated in
many events in the city. While musically contributributing as the guitar player
I also took care of the management of the band. In cognizant also I formed a
band along with few colleagues. This band has performed in several ivents in
cognizant and we performed in all the major events and festivals in the
organization. I will definitely follow the same during my MBA. With the
students coming from various diversities Schulich MBA program will definitely
raise the chances even higher.
While searching for informations about Schulich I have come
to know that there exist several Clubs in the Schulich campus. I’m very
interested to take part and play prime
role in some of the clubs. From my graduation days I have been part many such
clubs in the campus. During my graduation days I was part of science club,
music club. In cognizant I’m part of “Cognorator” club which conducts sessions
on verbal communication and oration. I also participated in social activities conducted
by Cognizant Outreach, social service wing of cognizant. I will be very happy
to do the same while studying my MBA.
